Hahaha I used to love Weird Al and Yoda was definitely one of my favorite songs.
Anyway I'm listening to jazz and drinking coffee because I'm super sophisticated and intellectual.

Various olderl Will Oldham stuff. Particularly from Arise Therefore* and Days in the Wake.
Songs in particular, You Will Miss Me When I Burn, A Sucker's Evening, You Have Cum In Your Hair and Your Dick Is Hanging Out, The Sun Highlights the Lack in Each, and yeah.
Not the same kind of utter perfection Viva Last Blues had, but... also creepy in ways none of his other music is.
It makes me miss having a front porch to sit upon.

Will Oldham is one of my favorite musicians right now honestly. He's been around forever and never stops putting out music. He just never stops writing good songs. I gotta listen to more of his older stuff. My favorite albums that I've heard are probably I See A Darkness and Superwolf. Album of the moment: Lee Noble - No Becoming. Some of the best ambient I've heard this year for sure.. also I dig the creepy album cover

This thing.
A BRETHREN! YES. Superwolf is damn fine. Sort of surprised he never really collaborated with Sweeny much after it. They had a thing going on. Right now I'm listening to Embryonic again. This album gave a voice to so many of the weird things I was feeling and made me feel not completely alone.
