If every boss had a certain level, instead on them levelling up when you do, the game would then be a bit harder I suppose.
Bosses gain stats faster from leveling than you do, so the leveling actually makes the game harder in theory. In practice, you can still blow through most of them by spamming summons.

3 bucks for Torment? If you look at any online resource that sells used games, Torment sells for at least 13 times that.
WTF? I don't even remember the game being that rare.

JP, I believe the Phantasy Star games were remade with cel shaded graphics and all for the Playstation 2, but it's Japan only. Surprise surprise.
Fox- I didn't think Planescape was that rare either... until I started digging around. Either the game is rare, or sellers are just extortionists jacking up prices because it's a cult classic commodity. According to wiki, it sold 400,000 copies, so it's not like Panzer Dragoon Saga which had a VERY limited run.
I'm not sure if I mentioned this in any prior posts, but rereleases of some classic graphic adventures would be cool; namely LucasArts stuff like Maniac Mansion, Day of the Tentacle, early Sam & Max, Grim Fandango and Sierra stuff like the Gabriel Knight games. I know Space Quest collection was released not too long ago and it's in game shops.
Other than that & Planescape; Panzer Dragoon Saga, Innocent Sin in English (using the Oracle of Maiya translation), Persona 1 without a hackjob translation, Soul Hackers in English, Final Fantasy 7 looking like that PS3 tech demo from a few years back, and a Director's Cut of Anachronox (that's my wishful thinking rerelease/remake). And though I'm not a Suikoden fan, a rerelease of II is definitely something the fans clamor for.

2D, Sprite-based remakes that are supposedly very shovelware.

I'd like to say more about this but I doubt I'm allowed to for various reasons.

Persona 1 without a hackjob translation
I take the old translation if they offered some remixed dungeons :[
Anyway, how about a Quest for Glory 3 remake? That one seemed to need it the most.
Speaking of Planescape though, honeslty, I have no idea why someone hasn't put it up on Steam or something like that yet. Doesn't bioware have the rights to it? Online distribution would be like

FF7 with modern graphics, I think a remake would sell a console like the the original sold the playstation.
A remake of the snes version of shadowrun would be good, I love that game.
I'd like to see lufia 2 released again but like the original and not the terrible DS version.

Please don't use such an emotional moment like that for something like this; it's a disgrace to the first Pokemon movie.

A friend of mine has money set aside just in case this happens to get translated into English. I'm proud of her.

I'm playing through panzer dragoon saga again all these years later and man, I can't even begin to tell how much this game blows all modern jrpgs out of the fucking water. I appreciate it even more now (it was already in my top 5 games ever) that I realize that all these years later only a few games games were able to reach the same level of briliance. Edge puts all those whiny emo jrpg protagonists to shame, same goes for the entirety of the supporting cast. The story is well paced and interesting, the game hits all the right notes in every conceivable aspect.
People who haven't played it have no fucking idea of what they missed, it's even better if you play the previous game before it.
Another one for me is xenogears, if they could remake the game according to their original vision and fix some fundamental flaws in the story and the gameplay it could be truly amazing.
Imagining these 2 games with current gen graphics... fuck...

lol, as you can guess, Legend of Legaia. Or at least a REAL sequel to it would be nice...

1) Final Fantasy VI.
2) Final Fantasy VI.
3) Final Fantasy VI.
Oh and Eternal Punishment. Which will most likely come after Innocent Sin anyways.
