Man, when I ran into these guys back in 2003 on the Art of Noize II tour, Johan was a bag of laughs. I think we were equally as drunk 'cause we were both slurring English so awful, but when you're drunk, you understand drunk mumbling.

Anyway, a friend of mine actually bought a kit for brewing mead. Came with a huge glass jug with a small plastic tube with a one-way valve so air doesn't get in, only out. The only thing Amon Amarth seemed to forget is the end. After it's fermented to your desired alcohol content, you absolutely have to remove as much sediment as possible. Some people leave it all in, but from my experience, the more sediment the bigger of a headache in the morning. It's an interesting thing to do. So, so easy. Moonshine? Not so much.
