Are there default messages for that or did someone load them into it? Because right now I'm seeing "Eric, stop firing people" and I want to know the story behind that.

I'd take the Eric one as a classic E3 joke. He used to fire us all at E3, and then re-hire us based on the premise that we're pretty. :D

They're random inserts for lulz. Some of them are game quotes, some are in-jokes, some are just goofy.
