I've made it to some sort of Underworld castle in DQIV. Looks like I'm finally catching up to Psaro. Hero is at level 27 and most of my characters have some rocking armor and weapons now, and with plenty of money to spare! It is a fun game, but I want more from the story and characters still. Now that I think about it, didn't the Japanese version of this game have a party talk like DQVIII? If it did, I don't understand why they would have removed it.

Shun Megan E's Tonsils: Purr Sonar 4- I maxed out the Magician and Devil S-links.  I agree with whomever said that the Devil s-link started out with promise then chickened out halfway through.  I later on maxed out the Sun (band) s-link.  Cultural Festival was great.
Code:
I had no doubts that the Teddie/Naoto team would win the cross-dressing pageant prize.  After all, if Yukiko and Chie apply makeup the way they cook, they have no idea about subtlety or balance.  Naoto does.  She made Teddie pretty.  I was disappointed that there was no portrait shot of main in drag.  Boo!

I had fun frightening the hell out of Yosuke during the cultural festival, getting way too into the pageant, taking a girl's spot in the group date, and choosing Kanji as my ideal guy.  In the girls' pageant, I chose Yukiko since, well, she's main's girlfriend in my game and any man with even half a brain will choose his girlfriend over all else, or no sex for 7 years.

The boys raiding the horny teacher's hotel room was priceless.
Man, the writers must've been sexually frustrated given the sheer number of horny people in this game.

Jimmy: SE got lazy, no two ways about it.  Which is too bad since without it there's virtually nil character development.

Persona 4 - Refinished second dungeon.  I've been experimenting with lunches and there is a mysterious character I've never heard of offered as an option.  I am intrigued.

Persona 4 beaten with the True Ending. So sad that I beat the game, as I usually am when I finish them, but I am glad I managed to beat it before the semester starts on Monday.

Still, no quests where you have to get magical viagra before a local ruler will listen to you, like in Albion. Go Germany!

Anyway, more Crusader Kings. All of my vassals hate me, because they gained a ton of prestige in a needlessly long campaign waged against various pagan tribes in the Urals. Hungary allied with me, though, and my kids are maturing, so I'm marrying them off to Hungary and some of my formal vassals. It's 1089, and I'm only about 700 in debt.

Oh, and my character got his some teeth knocked out in battle and developed a club foot from a leg injury, so now everyone hates him because he can't walk right and has a speech impediment. I'm hoping he dies soon, and that my son ends up better than him.

Prestige dropped from a high of 117 to the like, 60s.

And accepting peace deals with Muslims does NOT help your piety.

I picked up King's Bounty: The Legend for the PC on GamersGate.com for $20, which is supposed to be very good, although I've only previously played 30 minutes of the demo and got my ass routinely kicked in fights. I also played some more Fallout 3, wiped out Paradise Falls, and am on my way through Little Lamplight.

Finished up Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories with Sora. I guess I'll be going through the entire thing again with Riku once I finish up some homework.

I wish I didn't have so many other games to play, or else I'd be jumping right into KH2 to see if it makes any more sense now that I have CoM insight.

I finally got around to checking out Little Big Planet this weekend since i'm sick as a dog and can't go out.  It's interesting and all but nothing has jumped out as spectacular. If anyone knows of some really good user created content, please inform me.

Okay. I've finally moved Ashley's party up the left path two spaces since her group was able to capture every Majin (including the insect boss, insect jokes ensue), rescue both refugees so far, and gather every treasure to boot (I also gained mucho levels for my non-story characters thanks to combo abuse). Right now I'm trying to get Thage's party up the middle path, however, the damn refugee in the first area refuses to be saved. So far I've completed the battle two rotations after the last lines of dialog are spoken and still no luck. I'm really tempted to have her group go up the right side and have Olifen's party take the middle since I have only four people in Thage's group and two of them are magic users so damage output is an issue. Plus I think there's somebody in Olifen's group who also knows an offensive water skill or two so I should be able to make it with him and he's got six or seven people already so I might have more success.

As for From the Abyss, I've trudged through the sixth abyss with two more to go and I'm beginning to feel like $15 was a rip-off. >_< The monotony of the combat would be a problem if the game was longer, and sadly the most redeeming thing about the almost completely non-existent story is watching one of the townspeople go insane with grief over her brother's death (in fact it's probably the most entertaining thing about this game). With luck I should have it over and done with by tomorrow, but I usually get sidetracked so it might take awhile.

Persona 4- In Heaven level 5, this cluster of regular encounter enemies who get to strike first and cast megidolaonn twice in a row are pretty annoying.  I seem to get them more often than should be allowed.  Rise's useless at finding escape routes.  I should stock up on vanish balls.

Tales of Vesperia --
Code:
Judith is about to rejoin.  Guess I'm gonna learn about the storyline now.  Great game, great characters, story is prrrrrrrrrrrretty boring.

Luminous Arc --
Code:
Second last battle, I think.  Hugo's dead, Kingston's dead, Priel is the most annoying character ever.  I hope I can kill her soon.

Playing Tales of Vesperia FOOOREEEVER!!! Starting a third run of it, to get the rest of the achievements I missed. >.>

Also, just finished Tales of the Abyss (finally! :P) and Tales of Symphonia 2, back to back. Though, I'm not sure if I'm going to replay Abyss, since the loading times and frame-rate really pissed me off on the world map. :P Yeah, I've been on a Tales binge pretty much. It's so good not to play PSU anymore. XD

Er, make that a Namco-Bandai binge, in general. I've also been playing both Idolm@ster games on and off lately too.

Aside from those, I've also started Persona 4. No real progress in that yet, though.

RAIN.

How hard are some of the achievements for Vesperia?  I've been trying to get as many on my first playthrough as I can, but I don't want to spoil too much of the game for myself.  Do you get an airship?  I mean, without one of those, I'm thinking that the "explore the whole map lol" achievement might be pretty hard / annoying.  :P

Finished up Riku's storyline in Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories. Nothing mind-blowing, but I liked what I played (and what I learned). Six hours wasn't much of a time commitment, so I was happy to do it.

And now...I have no idea what I should play. Of everything I have, I want to play Persona 4 the most, but I think I'm going to finish off a few more games before that. I don't want to do the best one first, after all.

Arc the Lad 3 or Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, I'm thinking.

With Persona 4 out of the way, now I am trying to polish off Luminous Arc. Just beat
Code:
Hugo
so I hope I'm nearing the end soon...
