Hmmm...It's hard to put a comment here without spoiling something. There are many moments where I felt sad, but didn't cry. Only with FFX.
FFX, the whole journey with pain. How Tidus was always so cheery and keeping promises to Yuna, not knowing her fate. And all she would do, is smile...The ending was sad and unexpected.
Valkyrie Profile on the psp has too many sad moments to mention.
Lost Odyssey, that part where the hero had to fight his wife, grabbed me. How could he? But there was no choice...
Final Fantasy IV on the ds...It's so mean. It makes you like characters and then they die...That duo (Palom and Porom) were really likeable. I wanted to see more of them. I felt also sad for Cecil, so helpless.
Valkyria Chronicles, there is one girl that always had a rough time and always fought for her rights. Just when you thought things started to improve...I think I cried there too.
There are other games, but I forgot about them. I can't think of anything more now >_<

Can't recall a time I cried, but I suppose the closest was in FFVI, when:
Code:
When Celes tries to kill herself if you don't catch the right fish for Cid at the beginning of the World of Ruin.

Not if you use a GameShark. Then you can dummy her into disc 2 for a while.

AERIS DIES.
DUDE. I'm playing FF7 RIGHT NOW for the first time and I have been VERY careful to avoid spoilers. That's messed up. I will be contacting an administrator about this.

Yeah, but you can probably dummy Sephiroth into your party as well, cause you play as him as well for a bit...
My ultimate end game party, Cloud, Aeris, and Sephiroth.

Yeah, I'm sorry. I tried to be more subtle (okay, except for FFIV, hehe). I can't do as I said before about previous post besides editing. What do want me to change? I'll change the content if you want.

Pat cries too much.
the topic is cried OR gotten emotional. Didn't cry for all of those!!!
One more to add after reading other posts.
Shadow Hearts: From the New World
Code:
Lady. Just...the scene at the end when you fight her. That whole plot is awesome, and anyone who disagrees sucks. "Lady" as a character is awesome.

Have you started crying during commercials, yet?

I sharked my entire party to be Red XIII because I'm such a goddamn furry (and cait sith is !@#$ing suck).
Anyway.
Chrono Cross:
Code:
The live-action ending movie, where Kid is walking across the train tracks and stuff. First time I saw it I thought it pretty appropriate and kind of meloncholy and nice. Now, I guess it doesn't really make me sad, but like... Lots of dead rails going off into the distance and overgrown fields is basically what Ohio is to me. So... I don't know. It's not something that really made me sad or cry or anything. Just brought back a lot of weird, old memories.

Xenogears
Code:
That scene when Fei finally recovers the memory of how his mom really died. I always bawl like a baby. Then I go give my mommy a hug. :)
FFVIII
Code:
The first time I played this game I had no idea it was gonna be basically all about the love story, thought it was gonna be like FFVII, which was the first rpg I had played to completion, and it really threw me for a loop. When I got to the scene where Squall finally opens up, onboard the Ragnarok, and Rinoa gets taken away it was just too much. I teared up. And it didn't even take the death of a party member, imagine that.
KillerArmoire, it's [*code] your spoiler [/*code] but remove the asterisks, and thanks for not spoiling SoM, I downloaded it on the VC and have yet to play it.
