SP R Button

The R Button on my Black GBA SP started fading in responsiveness recently, and eventually it just stopped working. There's not much I can say beside that, except that I tried the whole "Twist your GBA" solution, where the R Button is malfunctioning because of trapped air. Thought I'd ask here before I pay Nintendo to look at the thing.
