Ultimately it up to you whetehr you'll like the agme or not. I actually noticed most of the games i am still keeping were reviewed average or poorly by Famitsu or US gamesites. Some of the high review one i traded off or sold off.
Oh and yeah, I sold off my copy of WKC.

A logical sentiment, but I think Rogue Galaxy is a good litmus test to tell whether to bother playing this or not. If you did like that though, well... enjoy this then! |

Then you may as well get that should the American review fail to convince you to stay away! Better to waste 10-20 bucks than 60! Alternatively, better to wind up with two games you like than one pricey game you hate.

Interesting that the review complains about the music and says FF12 outshines it.
FF12 has one of the blandest scores I've ever heard in an RPG.

Great Review! The lack of voice-support seems very discerning, and the wacky AI. I've been hoping that the PS3 would start to churn out some decent RPG's by now since Sony has a significant market advantage against M$ in Japan. Here's hoping we can forget about this forgettable RPG and look forward to some great titles in the future! There are still that stream of 'Untitled RPG' and secret projects a bunch of publishers in Japan have announced for PS3 Exclusively.
Heh yeah. I would have never bough RG at full price. Fun battle system... but weird cast. I hated that Robot and Walking Dog. Just weird. Too bad I never finished it.
