I've seen some pretty crazy Star Wars maniacs, but I think that has to be somewhere at the top.  Oh well, fools are soon parted with their money.

Even Vader knows that "Han shot first".

I don't know what's worse: That the guy actually went through with getting that tattoo or that the tattoo artist didn't really do such a good job.  The proportions are all wrong.  Vader looks like a 10 year old boy up top with skinny little arms and a short, pencil-thin lightsaber.

But no matter what, bad tattoos are always hysterical.  Seriously, just google "bad tattoos" or better yet "worst tattoos" and you'll either be laughing your ass off or weeping for humanity.  I know not every tattoo artist can be a Tim Hendricks, but still, some of those bad tattoos out there are just really poorly drawn.

I can't even stand contacts, let alone needles injecting ink into my eyes.

I was watching something on History Channel many months ago about the cultural history of tattoos (they did stuff about Maori facial tattoos, Yakuza tattoos in Japan, etc.) and near the end they talked about futuristic tattoos including the eye ones (*cringe*) and ones that use an ink that shows up under blacklight.

I also heard of tattoos that are more easier removed.  They expose the tattoo to something which makes the ink explode... or something like that.  It might already be out now, but in more limited quantities.  On the plus side, less permanent tattoos.  On the downside, painful removal technique.

That same History Channel thing I mentioned earlier had a segment on prison tattoos and they showed this one prison's in-house doctor who did tattoo removal for rehabilitated prisoners.  He talked about how the removal process is longer and more painful than getting the tattoo in the first place.

What a great idea, it goes right up there with bungee jumping with your neck and driving cars with no breaks.
