Post probably handhelds to be exact. Either way there's an CERO placeholder, and the story points out they don't rate PC titles.

i was actually expecting it to be on the PSP since they actually made their fanbase move to the PSP (Falcom actually has dozen games on the platrform already), so i see it on the PSP.

BTW no platform was announced in that conference. the console part is just speculation (perhaps from you?) but i hope its on platform.

and i don't they will localise it to the western market since many games that is available on the PSP is not going to get released here. so maybe its better to be it on the PS3, PSP or DS since all of those consoles are region free. and maybe on the Wii since you can hack it.

just don't make it on the 360 unless some one is going to locelise it, Falcom.

It probably wasn't the best word choice given the handhelds addition, but I wasn't sure of the best word to use for both, and consoles does kind of double for that. Either way non-PC seems very likely.

Edit: A reword in the OP to address that.

It's great news that we're getting a new main series Ys title. I just wish Falcom would localize Ys III-V, and Ys Origins. After I finished Ys VI, I wanted to play the others. I still have hope, though, as we got Ys I-II on both Virtual Console and the DS.

I wonder if Atlus might pick those up actually, assuming Falcom published themselves. It'd be nice to get them if they're notably better than the three LoH games we already go.

It sounds like the three LoH games that got localized were the worst and the series and some of the other ones are considered classics or something.

Itīs now confirmed that both games are for the PSP, YS 1 & 2 is the windows edition remaded for the psp and YS 7....
