I recently purchased Shin Megami Tensei : Nocturne and I haven't been disappointed.  I'm just over 10 hrs in and I'm having a blast at the Cathedral of Shadows (fusion is fun).

So, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 is coming this Tuesday, anyone will be picking it up ?
I loved the first one so I certainly will. Only thng I didn't like much about the first game was that towards the end it gets incredibly difficult and it didn't help that I went for the most difficult route.

Only if we would gain more XP and macca so we could at least rebuild a team without spending ours.
I for one at the beginning focused my MC in strength only to find out later that it's pretty bad, so it was pretty hard to "fix" it.
Also some missions were we have to protect someone on the map but they are far away and they happen to have some suicidal issues.

Other than that, can't wait!

I'll be getting it on Tuesday. Don't know if I'll start playing right away, because if the first Devil Survivor is any indication, I won't be able to beat it in a week ie. before Mass Effect 3 comes out. But Atlus' first prints of games like this are too small for me to take a chance on not buying it on day one. =P

This is the same line of arguing that my bf used to convince me to pre-order. Don't wanna take that chance that there won't be enough copies available later, even if I don't play much of it before ME3. We got to stockpile this shit while we can!

I take that approach to pretty much any Atlus game I'm interested in. I didn't do it with Catherine, but that one I knew was going to be a bigger print anyways. I should probably extend this reasoning to Aksys and Xseed games I want, provided digital copies are out of the question.

I've had DS2 on pre-order for months, so I'll be getting it. I won't be able to play it right away, however.

While a long shot, I'm still going to wait for the 3DS port instead. Especially since I have a lot on my plate right now (Grow IV, Dept. Heaven IV, Xenoblade, Teh Last Story, Grand Knight History (if this game ever gets its act together), the 3DS port of Devil Survivor 1, and some other things that aren't coming to mind as immediately as they should right now).
