indeed it is. Also possible that they're trying to prevent Japanese fans from buying a fairly cheaper US version since the versions are largely similar and release date isn't too far apart. You could easily save $20ish bucks even with S&H.

I'm moving to Korea this week. So I am basically going to have to buy two versions. One for here and one for over there if I want to play the game.
Atlus can fuck right off.
Yeah, that does suck. I'd feel sorry more sorry for you if you weren't going to a country that has like 1000000gigabit speed internet =P Man that would make netplay awesome. |

Even with their explanation this whole situation sucks. Not that I've been incredibly excited or into P4 stuff since the original game came out on PS2, but still, this is not cool (though, I'm only interested in the game because of the P3 characters personally).
I'm pretty sure the game will sell well anyway.

So did anyone else notice that this year is the 25th anniversary of Megami Tensei? Noticed that a few days go. Anyway, is Nocturne really the best one in the series? Ordered it last night, plan on finishing that after Persona 1. Just got out of Deva Yuga and on my way to see Maki in the forest. Found myself loving the game when I really got into it. Also I kind of agree with Atlus's decision about the region locking from a purely business standpoint, but I really don't import games. |

Yeah I've been reading some of it over there, I don't think I'm going to do anything for it though. Next game I'm playing is Innocent Sin, and I don't quite know how to do screenshots on PSP. I'd rather just enjoy the game by myself though.

It's also the 20th anniversary of SMT. Huge thread at NeoGAF about it, I've been playing Overclocked and SMT1 for the occasion(not like I'm not always playing something SMT anyway).
