The game sounds great, but the screenshots look horrible.

Have you been dreaming for owning a Pikachu or collecting assorted Pokemon? Personally my answer is yes! But years ago I was upset about that I could just collect Pokemon on my Gameboy and Nintendo DS, I need partners and I wanna fight with them! Now it's coming true, Pokemon Online is available for playing. This is a multiplayer online Pokemon game made with the Eclipse Engine as a base. This is a completely NON-PROFIT, fan made, game. Made for fan's enjoyment. You may think its screenshots looks not very nice, but I don't think it will be OKay if Pokemon Global is based on a 3D Graphy environment. It may be another WOW CLONE if they do that!

Your wait is finally over, the newest game version (0.5) has been released. You have waited a long time for this and the Pokemon Global team was working hard during this time. They had many issues to fix, but they finally made it! Their work has paid off and now they can present you this new version with its many new features.

So it's actually pretty fun if you like Pokemon, but you can tell it's still a beta.  Items are very limited, you walk pretty slow, etc.  Looks like they've tried to streamline some annoying junk, though.

If it sounds interesting, play it before they get shut down for copyright infringement. :)

If nintendo even had the thought of releasing an online Pokemon, I would flip. I'm sure that they won't though, not until they run out of precious stone names and colors to name after there games. That will be past our lifetime.
