Ok, first off this game is great.  Now i've beat the game on normal and now im playin' it on vet.  Im in the marshlands right after you get the four tablets and go through the door.  Now in the next area there is quite a few helpful items so i grab em'.  The idea is that one of the players turns a crank to lift up a bridge while the other makes there way across that bridge once it is up.  There's also a trap that gives you a magnum but if you've beat it once allready it's probably a low priority.  The biggest problem with this scenario is that there are two giant zulu tribesman tryin' to kill you the whole time.  I can not kill these damn things. Can they be killed?  Anyway, like clock work, I eventually have Sheva turn the crank and the bridge comes up and i go across.  Now every time i do this there are two zombies behind the door after the bridge and when i open it, they grab me, and Sheva lets go.  Im TALKIN' EVERY DAMN TIME!  So is there anything about this scenario that i don't know or do i just have to keep tryin and get lucky cause if so i tried that for about two hours until i threw my controller into the next room.

Any reason why you felt the need to make a new topic instead of mentioning this in the Resident Evil 5 thread?

I'll answer this here because I can, if it gets moved whatever.

The Giant tribesmen can be killed.  On Normal two Magnum bullets kill them, On Vet it can't be much more than that.  Grab the damn Magnum and waste them, there's even an extra clip of ammo somewhere in the village IIRC.

The answer to that area is just to kill everything.  It's impossible to just run if you're playing one-player, since the AI is too slow to make it across the bridge in time.  Just kill all the Majinis and get on with it.

What were you expecting, a mental breakdown over a simple mistake?
