Bought Big Bang Mini last week and so far this looks like it could get my vote. I'm on world 4 of 9 but it is getting quite hard now.................. so I may never see world 9 or 8 or 7

Puzzle Quest? Didn't have the pleasure of playing Professor Layton yet, but I know the music is awesome (Fan of Dark Cloud 2's soundtrack here).

Picross DS and Tetris DS are outstanding. Everyone was raving about how great Mario's Super Picross was when it came out on the VC, but the DS is definitely the best place for it.
