"So you want me to put the tip of this into that hole of yours?"
The slightly slippery tip wouldn't slip into the hole.

I've recently got an iPod (for Christmas), and I'm having a bit of trouble with it. I don't know exactly what model it is, it's a fairly new 120GB one.

Anyway, it skips tracks. A lot. I'll be listening to a song, and it'll just skip to the next one completely at random. I've got it on hold, and as far as I can tell it isn't because of that not working properly. So I think it's an issue with the player itself.

This is really annoying for me. I have songs on my iPod that are an hour long, so having it skip in the middle of that is really irritating.

I've tried to contact Apple, but I can't for the life of me work out how to contact them through their website. Anyone have any ideas?

It could possibly be one of those iPods that shuffles when you shake it. That's the case with my 8GB 4G Nano.
