Remember that there are two entities here:
1. Nippon Ichi Software (NIS): Japanese developers (and I think publishers?)
2. Nippon Ichi Software America (NISA): American localization and publishing company. Handles games from NIS, Gust, and others.

NISA doesn't develop games - they localize and publish games from other developers. There's nothing they can do to help you.
