Recently I picked up a new laptop specifically for Music. I'm pretty torn on what music programs there are out there to pick up to start putting compositions to Higher Quality instruments.

Right now I'm looking at

EastWest Symphonic Orchestra Sample Collection Software - Silver Complete
or
Garritan Personal Orchestra Second Edition

I'm looking for orchestral instruments and a price range from $150-$250 + Tax

Any ideas or other recommendations? Thanks!
