Hah, nice. A month or so ago I broke up a dog fight (Why my bitches be such bitches :() and got my thumb... not really big but I sort of stuck it in one of their mouth so there were puncturings and it still kind of hurts so...

I'd recommend games you could play with a keyboard. So, PC RPGs, or find some way to play your console games with a keyboard. Won't need your thumbs that way.

I do have Neverwinter Nights sitting on my backlog pile and I've never played it.

Play SRPG's like Fire Emblem or Super Robot Taisen on a GBA SP.  They play slower but you can totally one-hand them.

Entirely stylus-based DS games should work fine as well, like Ragnarok DS or TWEWY.

Yeah, sounds like you need to do the PC gaming thing.  Try finding a copy of The Witcher; if my memory serves, you can play that with just the mouse if you're so inclined.

Knights In The Nightmare is also an all stylus based game.

if you dont mind playing games in japaneese SRW W and SRW K for DS allow you to play via the stylus. i'd be shocked if the fire emblem for DS doesn't as well.
