According to DumbLaws.com, it's against the law in West Virginia to fornicate with an animal under 40 pounds in weight. 

Of course, in some perverse, masochistic way perhaps some props need to be given to the Russians for attempting sodomy with tough animals rather than subdued ones...  A porcupine is obviously more of a challenge than a pig. (Blame my flu-addled brain for this nugget.)
