...and it's just like an episode of Late Night.  Same fucking theme song and everything. :P  I thought for sure he'd have to change his sense of humor a little with the new time slot, but this isn't the case.  I approve.  Make sure you West Coasters tune in. :P

When I was living in NYC, some friends and I attended a taping of the Conan O'Brien show in '02.  They had the Charlie Daniels Band playing and two of the guests were Dave Chappelle and Isaac Mizrahi.  Good times.  Conan is hysterical live.  He was at his best when warming up us/the crowd, though his other crowd-warmer was damn funny as well. 

Conan's cool.

Completely Agree, I to was afraid he would have to tone it down or something, but hes the same great Conan.  Pure awesome.

 I've just seen him a few times since the promotion, but I've liked it. Only complaint is that Andy is a great sidekick, but he's a downright TERRIBLE announcer. They should get someone else for that and officially put him back up next to the desk.
