Last Dynasty Warriors game I played was on PSP and that one sucked.
5 sucked and iirc it was glitchy as hell.
but "Xtreme Legends 3" made me wanna play all of 'em some day.
Also played Dynasty Warriors clone Devil Kings/Sengoku Basara (and a couple days ago, Drakengard) and liked both alot.
This company seems to get a ton of bad reviews and most games it does are rehashes.
I get a feeling it deserves most of that loathing Idea Factory gets.
I'd probably buy it, try it, and take it back.

So anyone here willing to share some impressions? I would like to hear some user feedback even if the demo has left a bad taste in my mouth.

umm... somebody? anybody?

I have a copy of the game right here in front of me, and I've love to share impressions, but the day I received the game my PS3's laser died.
Perhaps it's an omen?

I know a lot of people are upset that they aren't releasing the (free) DLC in the west.  The DLC included post-game dungeons, among other things.

Just read the Gamepro review to Trinity and slammed it with 1/5.Now I'm not digging Trinity at all but 1/5 would mean the game is broken and unplayable and I didn't that the reviewer had a crashing game with tons of freezing.Another horrendous review from a forgotten magazine.

I stopped trusting gamepro reviews when I saw they gave NARC (PS2/XBOX) 5/5

Never  trust  just1 review. Wait for multiple reviews and then pick them apart, finding the pros and cons to the game.

When it comes to the Warriors series, I prefer to stick to the Gundam series and Ken's Rage when I finally get it. I saw a video of this one a while back and it looked boring as could be.

Apart from playing it and reading most of the reviews of Trinity,I can tell I will never like it.So boring to me and I was just highlighting the GamePro review. No intentions of highlighting the entire game based on their opinion.

Apart from RPGFan with RPG reviews,I dont pay attention to any particular websites,no.

Never  trust  reviews.

Fixed.

Seriously, only The Mother Fucking New York Times gave Nier anything more than a middling review. Nevermind certain nameless reviewers who spent an hour demonstrating their complete inability to look at a map for five seconds and condemned the game entirely upon their own failure as a gamer.

And then there was Deadly Premonition (especially when you consider how Heavy Rain was chosen over it in the field of engaging story telling and gameplay).

Tried the demo, looks like a decent action rpg but the dungeon they used for the demo was boring as hell. A brown cave? Really?

I liked the idea of changing between the characters on the fly, but yeah, the cave in the demo was ugly and the graphics got pretty blurry when you're moving.  The camera was weird too.
