Blazblue is out mother fuckers!

So far, I'm loving it.  It has a pretty good story mode for a fighting game (admittedly I'm pretty unfamiliar with Guilty Gear games.. perhaps this fails in comparison - I don't know).  Good music.  Good gameplay.  I'm sold.  Multiplayer has been pretty solid from what I've played.  Really digging the interesting character gameplay mechanics a few characters bring to the game.

I'd be interested in playing a few fun games with 'Fanners.  I pretty much suck since I haven't played the Guilty Gears series much, but it'd be fun anyway.   Feel free to add me to XBL if you want.

I would, but I went the ps3 version due to a few friends, but I love it as well. It sort of fits with my style since I like to be more aggressive, and therefore sucked defensively with a lot of fighters in general. Curiously, what is your main? I wind up sticking to Jin. I like his straightforward style.

Waiting yet again for amazon to get their act together and ship the game.  Last week I went through the same problem with another game that took over a week to ship.

So many menu options.. I like all the multiplayer settings too

TBD - I went with Jin too mainly because I like ice element users in video games.  Though it's possible I may give Litchi, Ragna, or Noel a try since Noel seems pretty badass and Litchi's staff is kickass.

Shining Hero - Same thing happened with me and Gamestop this time.    The artbook was cooler than I thought it'd be so I'm happy =P.  I'll hit you up when you receive it.

Ice and lighting elements tend to be my favorite. I'm pretty decent thus far. I can crush my friends quite well (though we're all beginners) but getting destroyed a lot in ranked matches lol.

Being the whore that I am for anything under Daisuke Ishiwatari (I picked up every fucking version of Guilty Gear that I could get my dirty little hands on :P), I will more than likely pick up both versions, but for now, I am starting on the PS3 version.

Planning on starting out with Rachel and Carl first, as far as the characters go.

The artbook is actually pretty awesome.  Lots of extra character stuff like bios and personal history.  I'm glad I spent the extra dough for it.

Did I mention the music for this is awesome?  One of the level songs sounds like a fucking Children of Bodom song (minus the vocals of course).

The lobby system is definitely awesome.  The fact that you can turn certain things off like easy specials, astral finishes, unlimited characters, etc off is pretty cool.  Sounds like most people are going for the PS3 version =\.. I'll rent the PS3 version if we end up doing RPGFan lobbies.

It looks like I'll be maining Tager with a side of Carl.  Although I'm digging Rachel and Arakune too.  Hopefully I'll be able to play against one or more of you eventually, as long as I finish moving and setting up some decent internet before everybody forgets about this game.

I'm a huge Guilty Gear whore, and it's still hard getting used to this game's systems.  So everybody who missed out on GG shouldn't really feel like they're behind or anything.  It's actually quite different.
