I live in England but I'll dispatch to the US, Canada, Australia and the rest of the EU. Both are the NTSC/US versions, since neither were released here in the first place.

Yeah, I don't think I could have made it much clearer. It says NTSC in my post, the auction title, the item specifics and the description.
