I thought they sounded absolutely incredible... EXCEPT For Sahz (sp?)... wasn't he supposed to be kind of a pacifistic happy-go-lucky kind of guy? Now he sounds like a badass. That's not what I was expecting, and I'm a little dissapointed. However, Lightning and Snow are perfect, and the others sound great as well. Very Very cool visuals BTW.

So, any idea whether this is going to have a world map, or what the global transportation system is going to be? Supposedly there are two worlds, so this isn't going to be a "continant hop" like FF12 was, but a global escepade. Is this going to be airship nodes like in FFX or what? I long for the days of FF9 style world-maps, but I'm almost certain that those days are over for the FF series.

 I liked 'em too. But I prefer Sazh's English VA, though I'm only going by trailers I've seen, his Japanese VA sounded crazy. The first scene with Snow and Serah seemed a bit awkward, though, IMO. Overall I got no complaints.
 
 Oh yeah, and I'm really surprised and happy they didn't cast a lady as Hope's VA. I was worried they'd pull a Megaman Legends 2. I think the guy they picked is very fitting. And he was in Role Models. STREET CRED!

Was I the only one who got a kung fu movie dubbing vibe from Snow when he first starts to speak in the trailer. It seemed like he was just talking into a mic and disconnected from the scene. I know that is what VAs do but in many of the better American cartoons and dubbed Animes the VAs don't sound disconnected like they would in a kung fu movie or Infinite Undiscovery(Kung fu movie quality dubbing all over the place in that game).

It could just be from watching this out of context to the story. That scene will probably sound better once you reach that part of the game and have a good idea about everything that is going on.

I thought the English voice actor for Snow is pretty solid.  One thing that bothers me though is how inferior the US website is to its Japanese counterpart.  Whenever I look at the character profile for Serah, I keep sensing a bit of a jailbait vibe.  That's probably my inner pervert shining though, though.
