The history of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is now so complicated that every time I tell it I contradict myself, and whenever I do get it right I'm misquoted. So the publication of this omnibus edition seemed like a good opportunity to set the record straight--or at least firmly crooked.

Uematsu isn't part of the FFXIII music production anymore though, he's focusing all his energy on FFXIV. :P

Oh and new screens, kinda disappointed coz they seem sort of bland. But I guess they're alright

Dude, now I KNOW that you and I have different tastes. I think those screens are absolutely amazing looking! Some of the best damned architecture I've seen in an FF game since FFVIII.

Yes, she is unmistakably badass. They've done a great job with her all along. She's attractive, while looking very hard boiled and strong. And not in some slutty comicbook heroin kind of way. Many times female badass + hot = slut fest (ie: Wonder Woman or American Gladiators), they've done a great job avoiding that.

April? No, that's not too optimistic. At this point, I'm thinking "just release the fucker already". It's clear that they've probably basically got it done, they're just waiting for the right marketing opportunity. April's probably a decent bet, being the beginning of Q2, spring, and where the yearly economic slump starts to pick up (no one buys much in Q1). But at this point, I could expect anything from mid-March through early June. Though mid-summer's not a great time either, because everyone's outside. There's a 6 week window in there that's sort of a sping sweet-spot, and April's dead center, so I think April's a good guess.
