Are you one of the countless people who have trashed Uwe Boll's movie adaptations of video games?  Well, guess what:

He wants a piece of your ass in the ring, mano e mano.

If this really is legit, then this is some of the craziest shit I've ever heard. :P

In related news:

Taken from http://www.pajiba.com:
Quote

Uwe Boll, a German-born director who lacks Brett Ratnerís flair for subtlety or Renny Harlinís commanding use of misŤ-en-scene, has sued the U.S. distributor of his vampire epic BloodRayne for failing to properly promote or release the film. Boll was finishing the film in spring 2005 when star Billy Zane, apparently angling to continue his hot streak from The Phantom, persuaded Boll to sell the U.S. distribution rights. Boll now claims that the contract was breached when Romar Entertainment failed to release the film in the promised 2,000 theaters. The film only bowed on 950 screens, but in Romarís defense, Bollís tally doesnít include the 7,000 screens in Hell that have been airing the film nonstop since its release. Itís an easy mistake to make; I get confused myself with the distinction between domestic and foreign sales, and factoring in supernatural screenings is bound to throw a wrench in the works.

Yeah....sue the production company for your movie sucking....yes it's their fault.

Retard.

Aside from the obvious funny here... if the contract promised 2000 screens, he does actually have legal recourse.

Actually, no he doesn't if said theaters decided not to show the film. All the distribution can do is send the film to the theaters. If theaters don't think it will rake in the dough they aren't obligated to show it, especially since a large number of movie theaters are locally owned and operated. So they may have sent the film to 2000 theaters, but that doesn't mean anything.

Now if they only sent out 950 reels of the film, well, they're screwed.

cant we just douse him in barbacue sauce and toss him in a lion cage with a note that says " if there is a god he will save me from these lions" ? you know that would make a better movie than bloodrayne.

I guess we could use that to tell whether God hates us or not.

I have to hand it to him, he's enough of a nutjob to be more memorable than some hack who just eats the shit thrown at him.

Wait, is he doing Dead or Alive?

Cause if he is, and they make it a hardcore porn movie, then he might qualify.

Because it's about as thin of an idea as making a movie about Postal?

At least DoA will have giant juggs.

No, it won't. If you watch the trailer, you'll see that it's sorely lacking in that regard. Hence there's no reason at all to either make it, or watch it.
