I think we've had enough fun here.  As much as you folks enjoy playing "flog the newbie" I'll give the topic a lock before things get out of hand.  

Either way, there are few metal bands (or bands in ANY genre) that can match the sheer incredible supercalafrajilistic awesomeness that is DragonForce.  I'd put 'em up there in mighty-mightyness with Zep, Maiden, and Beatles.  I pity those who dislike DragonForce.
