You're just being cryptic again. It's like soap opera sex. Lots of boring dialogue and when they finally do go to bed, everything's dark and covered by blankets.

Righto, so I'm in the beginning stages of looking for a video card that'll actually fucking run my copy of Oblivion.  Here's the deal, though:  I know absolutely nothing about ATI cards, and those seem to be the prevalent ones around here.

So, here's the query for you technological geniuses:  what is the ATI equivalent of my humble GeForce FX 5200?  I'd hate to buy a card which turns out to perform the same...or worse, God forbid.

Probably a low 9XXX ATI card. However, there's Oblivion benchmarks if you want to look at those to see how Oblivion'd run, and I believe they patched it so it /can/ run on weaker systems... But honestly, a new video card period would probably be preferable.

If you're curious for some quick benchmarks for Video cards, here's GameSpot's.
