I don't have the game, but I've liked what I've seen of it, but I'm obviously not going to get a PS3 just for this game.

And I think I'm in the minority on this, and it's obviously a personal preference, but something about the characters in this game grate on me like crazy.

I can't find the answer I'm looking for. In the skirmish tab there are 9 skirmishes but I can't select the last one. Anyone know what's going on?

If I can recall correctly, you need to finish the game first.

final.. fantasy.. 12? that game full of nonsensical politics? the only thing i enjoyed was gameplay, and at the beginning, at the end i just had to see them fighting

It's only available on a second playthrough? That sucks. I was wondering what I had to do, I have a save right before the ending and I completed all the other skirmishes and all the reports (at least the ones that available). Oh well, thanks.

I just started this game after finally getting a Slim. I have to concur with the previous comments of praise about this game. After getting used to the game system and some of its quirks, the game has been great so far (only just finished Chapter 5).

I had a few questions tho:

1. Is there a way to get rid of that Auto-save warning that pops up every time you start the game?

2. If a character has performed some actions that earn them Ellet points and then gets KO'd, do they still get them at the end of the battle?

No, there isn't. You can't do this with any game that has this warning.

As I recall it, the very act of getting KO'd gives a unit Ellet points, so it should save them, yes.

I love how the game allows you to re-watch any episode over. I wish more games would allow this feature. I mean, they went to all this trouble to make those cut scenes, and it'll only get shown once? I liked how Xenosaga III had that bonus menu after clearing the game so you could watch them all again.

I'm going to play this game on a PS3, and I will shit my pants at the fact that I'm playing god damned JRPG that isn't 4+ years old.  I'm an easy sale.
