There are more elaborate robots out there that can do this sort of thing, including that one nutty guy in Canada and his real life Project A-ko.

Haha. I thought the "woman" had been obsolete since guys finally became creative and started plugging holes in stuffed animals, peanut butter sandwhiches, making their own spiffy "fleshlight," and everything else.
