I'm looking forward to seeing all of the extra junk in the collector's addition, so I'll be reserving my copy. Extra stuff is always fun, even if it's crap.

I have no doubt about buy collector’s editions, however, I don’t have the money to buy all the games I want and buy his collector’s edition. That extra cost in some collector’s edition games respect his normal edition is the same cost of other entire game.

I'm going to get the regular edition if I get the game at all.  I plan on going back to school so I need to watch my spending habits.

I might just transfer my pre-order over and get the LE version.

Me too, Kup! I have my XII LE OST next to the Advent Children LE Pieces (which is almost becoming its own shrine now that I look at it...) and it looks pretty sweet. :D

And yes, I have a pre-order for the collector's edition of FFXII. Whorelicious.

I doubt you did. You'll have to see if you can transfer the preorder over to that - shouldn't be a problem.

Does anyone know what is special about the LE guide book? I have the LE game pre-ordered, but I am not so sure about spending another $30 on a guide that I will not use anyways (due to the fact that I don't use guides).
