I can't connect to females in RPGs because they're all weak spirited complete morons. Sometimes you'll get a strong female, but then that's all there is to her. She's the tough girl stereotype.

 Only exception I can think of off hand is Raquel. She's badass, but she's still female. Which is to say her female qualities aren't exagerated into a character flaw, but she doesn't act like a man either, which seem to be the only two female characters you get in games.
