Before complaining about development time keep in mind that Team Ico is a relatively small group of people, at least compared to other AAA game studios (though team sizes are getting larger everywhere...).

I remember hearing people talk crap about the graphics in GoW 3.  They must have horrible TV's because it looked beautiful.  Plus you have to remember, when watching trailers or looking at pics, your not getting the exact image of what it will look like in the final build.

When it comes to this game, I'm hoping the game ISN'T over 10 hours and they give is the most amazing game we've seen or played ever. A game with no pointless wandering or filler. ICO is the only game I ever paid full price for and still didn't feel ripped off after beating it in 7 1/2 hours.

I'm of mind that TeamICO's games are generally better when they're shorter.  Spending too much time with the games make you lose some appreciation for their atmosphere.  The same thing happens when you play something like Fallout 3 for a long time. You lose the sense of desolation.

If it's shorter I find I appreciate the world more. Of course, I'm not saying it should be 5-hours short.  But 10 seems like a good length.

Agreed. I would go for 6 hours, even. I love how they create these lush, tight little worlds that you experience for a time, and then can never forget. It makes me realize that it's the memory of an experience that really counts, not just the experience itself.

As a new PS3 owner I just wanted to decree my enthusiasm for the new team ico releases.

I hope we get a sexy bundle of ico/colossus in a metal case

SOTC is definitely one of the very best games ever created, this video really shows the unrivaled epicness and magic of this masterpiece.

It's going to be amazing replaying these two gems again soon.  Two of the very best games ever made.
