I simply don't believe that statement. I believe that NIS made the statement. Not questioning that. I'm questioning their ability to gauge such a thing. I'm sure the right people with the right talent and the right amount of money could have *easily* made Disgaea 3 work on a PS2.

Seriously.  I mean, can't you run a Deep Blue-style chess program on a PS2?  Are they suggesting that the game is more complex than chess?  I don't believe that for a moment.

i always assumed they put D3 on ps trey so they could take advantage of dlc. it was certainly cool to use gig and reyva in d3. even if NIS games tend to suffer from a boring endgame experience.
