He was arrested for preying on children. The piss drinking is just fucked up and makes his character look terrible. As for rape...of course it matters! It just shows that he's a known sex offender meaning everything he does in taht area can be used to haul his ass to jail.

Okay I think we're talking at cross purposes here...I just initially wondered what the formal charge was here; the article didn't state that.  You guys think it's sexual harrasment; okay; that answers my question.  I don't see my asking the question makes me an idiot.  

But Dios answered my question by insulting me and pointing out that he has been convicted of rape.  That is a nonsense answer!!

Certainly the previous conviction will affect his sentencing.  The conviction is relevant to that; but it isn't relevant in the least in the answer to the question "what was his crime in this instance?"
