Can anyone suggest some good rpg battle music to listen to while i'm paying certain games? I want somethng that is fast paced and would fit into games that are action, FPS, RPg, and even just card games. something like Xenosaga's battle music but better. No FF music though.

Pop in any Dragonforce CD.  It's fast, over-the-top, completely awesome power metal of epic mightyness and both Sam Totman and Herman Li admit that parts of their songs WILL remind you of video games.  

Dragonforce > all.

I know it isn't RPG music per se, but who cares?  It's f'n Dragonforce.  The song "Distant Skies" by Suspyre would make for incredible boss battle music.

I can't tell if Dade is being an asshole here or not, but I agree with him whether he is or not.  Sakuraba pretty much has the market on fast-paced VGM these days.  Of course' it's all pretty derivative:  just stick with the Valkyrie Profile OST. :P

And of course, anything involving Ys, but especially shit from the first three games.
