I'm currently trying to resize this GIF:

so I can use it as an avatar, but every time I do so, it saves as a static image... d'oh! >.<

Any ideas what program would allow me to do this?

Cheers!

I think that the mods should allow you to use that gif at its present size....because it's really fucking HOT.

Az: I would have used that program had I owned it . . . which I don't ;_;. I used my shitty photoshop 2 elements.

Gatley: If you can somehow get the color number thingy of the board's background, I can make it look transparent-ish for you . . . I think, but trying to make it actually transparent doesn't seem to work too well for me.
