Golden Sun is a no-brainer. Can't wait.
I don't think they'd pass up on a Ghibli/Lvl5 game. Ghibli flicks win bloody oscars here.

Actually, since you asked "What RPGs do you want localized?" I'd like to throw in 7th Dragon. Not that it seems likely unless a miracle's pulled come E3, but it's the one RPG I've wanted most recently that seems doomed to stay in Japan.
Honorary mention goes to Game Center CX 2/Retro Game Challenge 2, but at least we got the first.

What I want, but there's little chance of being localized:
Sakura Note
Blood of Bahamut
SRT:OGSEF EXCEED (EF didn't sell enough to warran a reprint, I don't think we'll be seeing this)
Soma Bringer
Any and all of the DS Wizady titles.
What I want that actually has a chance of localization:
DQ Monsters: Joker 2
Atelier Lina
I'm positive there's more, but that's what I can think of off the top of my head.

Blood of Bahamut I hear is insanely hard. Looks awesome though.
Some Bringer was really cool. Simple, but cool. Its a lot like Secret of Mana if you want a comparison.
Tales of Hearts/Innocence would be freaking awesome (best traditional consistent goodness)

Maybe when Atlus releases EOIII, Sega might take a clue.

Sigma Harmonics is on that wishlist. And Inazuma Eleven.
EDIT: And I know it's off-topic, but the PSP localization I badly want is Tokimeki Memorial 4.

I'd rather have The Lord of Elemental but that wouldn't hurt either.

Yes! 7th Dragon! It's looking very grim, though. I doubt sega will localize it.
The two I want most off the list are DQVI and EO III.
