I guess I'm a moron too then. I couldn't see the relation either :P
Yup.
I still don't see the relationship...is there some evidence that Blur is a product of game-making schools? I don't know anything about its development history, but it kind of seems like Dios arbitrarily decided that. Derivative designs in games (and in every medium before that...) long predates game-making schools.
BTW, from what I've heard Blur is a pretty good game. Originality isn't everything...
Oh I'm fully aware that the game has been getting generally positive feedback, and honestly, the Nitro item in Blur is way way cooler than the 'shrooms in Mario Kart. I'll definitely give it props there, but hey, I'm not the first one comparing the game to Mario Kart.
The game's creators did that just fine on their own.
If it's too hard for people to use their brains and flame me in a proper way, I guess I'll have to do it myself.
What's this oh they've been making games since 1990. See, knowing THAT would have entirely ostracized me to absolutely no end, but as it stands, apparently I am the only beast Godlike enough to break my own otherwise invincible defenses.
I had to double-post like Thoren, y'know, he just couldn't contain all that GENIUS-level intellect in just one post. He had to post an image made by someone else to vie that agenda, which I'm sure the copy-paste process was immensely jarring for you.
