Kotaku has made a list with all the RPGs that might appear in the E3 of this year. Of all these games, in which are you most interested?

Personally, The Last Story and Deus Ex: Human Revolution are the only games that I'm interested in seeing more info (maybe The Last Story doesn't appear until the Tokyo Game Show, but a man can dream). Also, Fallout: New Vegas needs more trailers.

I'm interested in learning more about Deathspank.  That game looks like fun, a bit irreverent, slightly unconventional, and I hadn't heard of it prior to now.

Deathspank if it really is RPG material, yes.

Last Story and Xenoblade are very much wanted on my end.

They apparently didn't make the connection that new KH game is just Recoded on the DS. Blah.

Also, DQVI. I know DQIX is what's coming out. But man I want DQVI.

probably most of those, and xenoblade even though it has a shounen protagonist named shulk
I read golden sun ds and was hoping it would be a remake of original golden sun (playing that game on gameboy ruined it for me)
birth by sleep is a little exciting for me even though I keep forgetting about it
deathspank sounds like a funny name
i'd like to get valkyria chronicles on psp once I get a ps3
last story looks really nice
4 heroes of light sounds like a remake of ff1
and probably fable 3, assuming I like those first two games
dragon quest 9 because it's dragon quest
that deus ex thing sounds like something that would fail
but only because someone besides its original creators aren't involved

Kind of sad how few of these games are traditional RPGs.  Action-RPGs and hybrids seem to be the way things go these days.

Back to the topic, I don't have a Wii but I will buy one for Xenoblade.  The Last Story should be good, too.

Deathspank is also intriguing, whatever it is.

Valkyria Chronicles 2 is an instant day-one buy for me.

How about Atelier Rorona?  It's not on the list, and is probably too niche for E3 but it should be out this year and I'm certainly going to get it.

The thing I hate about these lists, though, is that they can inherently only talk about things we already know about.  What I'm really hoping to see at E3 is something new and unexpected.

http://www.gamepro.com/article/previews/215037/deathspank-hands-on/  Well, in that movie, Ron Gilbert himself says that Deathspank is a blend of Monkey Island style adventure and action-RPG with levelling up and that stuff.  So thus far, it's seeming RPG.

In that list you would be lucky for me to pick a single game I am activly looking forward to. However I will probably give Final Fantasy 4 Heroes a go, hoping Square-Enix prove for me once and for all that they can't produce a decent turn-based game anymore - just so I can finally let go and mourn my loss.

I have yet to play Valkyria Chronicles , so I can't say I'm looking forward to 2. Though I do hope to pick it up sometime soon.

I forgot to mention the new Pararasite Eve game for the PSP, also known as "The 3rd Birthday". Is the only game that I'm interested from that god awful company called Square Enix. :p

Out of that list?

You can mention others games if you want, the list was just to start the "hype thread" and stuff.

Natsume's and Squeenix's lineup.

Only teh 3rd B-Day seems to be worth caring about this time around.

Do you guys think they would ever port Xenoblade? Spending 200 bucks to play one game seems a bit extreme for me.

But other than that, I would like to see more on Deus Ex. I was reading in one of my PTOM a while back they did an interview with Obsidian regarding Fallout: New Vegas and said that they weren't going to change the formula for the game and just give fans more fallout 3. Broke my fucking heart to hear that.

Nintendo's publishing it, so no.
