The Sorcery demo was pretty bad ass.

It started pretty weak with all the stupid 3D but we must have been watching different things, Sony has been showing game after game (some multi-platform) with tons of exclusives.

The Kevin Butler stint was fucking hilarious.

Overall it's been pretty Meh.  I don't like the direction Zelda is going in. And Nintendo didn't show off Xenoblade and The Last Story. Fuck them

edit: And yeah Sorcery looks sweet

Winner bar-none is Nintendo.

Sony was so-so, Valve support caught me by surprise.

Finally a release date for GT5! TM looks fun. Infamous 2 looks great. Killzone 3 and motorstorm apocalypse look unbelievably good. Portal 2 on PS3 and first footage shown at the sony conference (I still can't believe Gabe Newell was on sony's conference!) and those are some very sweet deals on those EA games. As good as zelda is sony completely owned.

Sony:

Killzone 3: Oh look. A shooter. Haven't seen one of those before.

Move: Sony PR serving the smack talk

Sorcery: Change a few names and spell effects and you've got a Harry Potter game.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11: Was this game shown during EA's presentation? I can't remember anything from that conference save for a nearly endless stream of shooters and occasional sports title.

Heroes on the Move: Naughty Dog Mascot Crossover.

Sony's New Mascot: Gave me bad flashback to the 90's X-tream 'tude style marketing.

God of War: Ghost of Sparta: Scowl Harder.

PSP Montage: New 3rd Birthday footage spotted, including body swapping. There were some other stuffs too.

Little Big Planet 2: LBP * 2.

Playstation Plus: You get stuffs for as long as you feed Sony money, and then you'll lose it all should the cash stop flowing. No claps followed either.

Medal of Honor: Oh hey. It's this game again.

Dead Space 2: New footage, same game yet again.

Portal 2: Well there's something.

Final Fantasy XIV: Still looking good for an MMORPG.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood: Again new footage, same game yet again.

Playstation 3 Montage: Kojima Castlevania spotted.

Gran Turismo 5: Looks fucking gorgeous.

Infamous 2: Now with monsters.

Twisted Metal: They brought out the loving Ice Cream Truck.

Aside from the five seconds of T3B footage, Little Big Planet 2 and Twisted Metal were the only things not rehashed, montaged, or monologued.

I'm going to go rewatch Nintendo's conference again to remind myself that this E3 wasn't completely awful.

Well, P.E. 3 looks great so far, and I'm totally buying that Dead Space 2 bundle. But other than that... nothing really interesting to me.

Anyway, Nintendo already won my heart. :p

Sony's had a few good moments, but it really dragged out too long. Nintendo's was short and sweet and kept showing a ton of games I'm really interested in, while Sony's just covered too much and spent too long on many of them. So, yeah, Nintendo clearly won there.

IMO Sony had the best show with 2 minuses: No Agent and Last Guardian. I was really looking forward to seeing them this year but that's it... I'm not going to be punctual about what they did great because every one with common sense knows they have the upper hand with 3D gaming, what seems to be the most precise motion controls and really great exclusives.

Nintendo had a lot of awkward moments including the Zelda one and it wins points just based on nostalgia... Someone on another forum mentioned AC being milked but if that is milked (which it is) what about Mario, Zelda, and etc...

Sony fails in the presentation but wins in terms of content as far as I'm concerned.  LBP2 looks amazing, the Portal 2 announcement was certainly surprising (though not really something unique), there is actually quite a bit of PSP content I'm interesting in (though it was all montaged...), and the Move looks like the only motion control system I may actually be able to like.  Precision is the difference between just flailing around and actually being able to please hardcore gamers.

The only stuff I'll be getting day one are the 3DS, Move, Sly Cooper Collection, and Portal 2 for the PS3. :P

Maybe someone with no PC to run them?
