The little one-liners and stuff the characters deliver with every single attack are already starting to annoy me in Japanese. Just imagine what that will be likely with an English dub.
Not that other games don't do the same thing, but the frequency is on a completely different level here.

Maybe because the actual attack animations are longer. |

Xenoblade/monado was taken of NOA's schedule, leading to a cancellation speculation
And mistwalkers games are 50-50 to begin with

Admittedly I don't think they would've called it Monado anyway here, so I wouldn't worry TOO much over that alone. Though this long silence, geez. If they're going to start publishing more and more text heavy RPGs in Japan they need to either loosen up about localizing more or outsource (more) for their localizations while keeping the biggest games in-house.
