Just adding my name to list of those who want this game now. It looks super fun and I've enjoyed just about every one of Shinji Mikami's games. I can't wait to powerslide my way to victory!

As for Casshern SINS, it's good if you liked the live-action movie (which I very much did) then you'll probably like it. Watch out for that ending, it was received poorly by most people.

Here's hoping Shinji Mikami does it right... this time.

If anyone forgot Shinji's failed attempt at crazy-ass game design, here's a reminder:-

It's like Jill Valentine on steroids, but not as good as it sounds.

Vanquish looks like a mix between God Hand, a little of Resident Evil 4 and (of course) Casshern. But P.N.03 was overall a experimental game (like Unlimited SaGa, but better) and it also has this...

A shame that is hard to find, being a Mikami fan myself, yeah. :(

Played the demo and this game is without a doubt a day 1 purchases for me. I'm really happy that this game surpasses the expectations of many people, and both version of the game are pretty much identical from what I've read.

The controls on the PS3 are perfect for a fast-paced game like this. Also, Sam (the main character) is *the* new Solid Snake. Smoking in the battlefield? This dude is too awesome to be true.

If you have not tried the demo go and play the damn thing now.

...I almost forgot, the game is supposes to be 10 hours long; 3 hours of sequences and 7 hours of gameplay.

Yup, the game is a lot of fun and looks and plays like a dream. My only concern is that it might get a bit repetitive compared to something like uncharted where you have platforming and puzzles. But with this frantic action I doubt I'll get bored anyway. Unless something goes terribly wrong I'll be getting this.

I think 10 hours is a good enough amount for a game like this. Co-op mode would've been awesome, but there is no online functionality so that's out of the question. Demo was awesome, game is a day 1 purchase for me too.

I'm with everyone here saying that this game plays excellently but looks so bland and generic that makes me skeptical of the final game and when much is going on at the same time it's so hard on the eyes... still, that doesn't mean I haven't played the demo like 6 times already.

After hearing all the hype I decided to try out the demo and I have to be honest: I don't get it.  What's so special about this game?  It looks and plays like a million other TPSs.
