Short shorts and tiny cages might be awesome in some sort of kinky lesbian jailhouse porno, but I have a feeling real life leaves something to be desired.

I would like to point out that the last time I went to a jail in Louisiana, I saw three or four inmates watching DuckTales on a tiny television.  I suppose things change over time. :P

Pretty damn sick.

Humans don't seem keen on evolving any time soon...

Did it say it was an all female prison? I quickly read the article but it never really mentions gender except for wearing "Daisy Dukes" with the phrase "hot stuff".

I tend to stay away from the brutally red states anyway...

All right, we are going to use a fan brush here and uh why don't you take some hunter green and we are going to put a happy little bush right down over here in the corner there and that'll just be our little secret and if you tell anyone that that bush is there I will come to your house and I will cut you.

That's horrifying.  It's those gross violations of human rights we wag our fingers at other countries for doing and hearing that we hypocritically pull shit like that too?  Fucking A.

Oh, it's the same old story:  boy meets girl, girl pisses off boy, boy rapes girl's favorite pet at a busy intersection.

Oh, that all? At least it wasn't something strange or perverse.

Sorry but I don't believe in devolution. I'd rather think of it as Intelligent Decline.

My god, the comments on that website are all really evil. Every single person applauds the prison for doing this, or says, "Let them kill themselves... less taxpayer dollars I say". That's disgusting. I really hate it when everyone equates prisoners as violently evil beings. The large majority of prisoners are not in for violent crimes (most are in for drugs). Most aren't in for very long. And most could become productive members of society if they were given a chance... but they're not.

People are just cruel sometimes, they want to point the finger at other people and say, "they are bad, so I'm good... they will never be good". And then they kick them in the face.

The soul purpose of prison should be rehabilitation, IMO. It should be a means to an end: helping people to mend their ways so they cease to do harmful things to society. Retribution and cruelty do nothing to help society at large. Yet we spend millions of taxpayer dollars so that we can watch people get kicked around for no other reason than think, "glad I'm not them". That's sick.
