Class change him at level 15. Seriously, its not worth keeping him in that crappy Villager class for any longer than he absolutely needs to be, and as soon as he changes he'll become a beast. Also, he'll keep the dumpy pot no matter where in the other five classes he has access to you go.

Better to link you to this comic than post it here, because I don't want to lose the text around it and such.  This comic nails why I don't like Orson Scott Card as an author any more.  I could almost see him doing this to Superman.

 I'm really not a Ryan Sohmer fan since Least I Could Do crossed the line from him being sexist and a jerk and that being the joke to him just being sexist and a jerk, but credit where it's do, that Supes strip WAS pretty good.
