Hmm.  I remember my crazy diet days, fuck, I lasted on really little food.  It worked, I'm sure my body took a hit though.  I'd do stuff like cereal breakfast, wait 8 hours with tiny piece of fruit in between, then two slices of pizza (or whatever dinner).  Not nutritious, but by calorie levels, I'm sure I kept under the 2,000 mark easily.

These days, studying in uni, if I don't eat then my brain won't let me study.

 I did the opposite and started eating small often and lost 40ish pounds. No miracles as living off less doritos total is still living off doritos, but my face looks a lot healthier even if I still have a gut.

He had the idea but the Menthos technology of the time wouldn't be ready until long after the writer's lifetime so he left us this blueprint to carry on this writer's work and create what he could not.
