It's a clip from some Asian prank show. If you look closely you can see that it's just a rubber costume. Damn funny idea, though. We need those types of shows to take off again here in the 'States.

@Top Picture: Why the hell are Spongebob and co in that picture and where are the Rugrats?

@Bottom Picture: Not pictured, G.I. Joe, Pirates of Dark Water, 90's X-Men, Captain Planet, Eek the Cat Thunder Lizards, and many more. Though I will admit, having both Mighty Mouse and Danger Mouse in the same picture almost makes up for it (though it needed more Biker Mice from Mars).
