Some years ago - never mind how long precisely - having little or no butts in my butt, and nothing particular to interest me on the butt, I thought I would sail about a little and see the watery part of the butt. Back when I used to drink, at least PBR was palatable.  One gulp of Milwaukee's Best (aka "Beast") and I gagged and wretched.  That has to be the skunkiest of the bad beers. 

Granted, the worst good beer I've had was Berliner Kindl Weisse.  It tasted like sour rancid milk.

I was at a friends house a few years back and he offered me a choice between Milwaykee's Best and Milwaukee's Oldest. I chose the old-timer and it was awful.

I actually don't mind PBR, if I want to drink a lot of beer that isn't very flavorful. Normally I go for a microbrew, usually an IPA or Pale Ale. I love the hoppy stuff.

As far as the worst goes, I'll give vote to Colt 45 or Natural Ice.
