I don't know, I've had some pretty brutal paper cuts.

I realised the other day that I'm now quite a few years passed the average JRPG hero's age. I was younger than them when I first started playing them. That's the first time I've ever started to feel old. :P

18, tops.
In my vision, I see that one of us is going to KO the other.

So basically, it'd be as if Squall were engaged to Quistis.
Games I've given Editor's Choice to:
Ever 17, Hourglass of Summer, Anachronox, Persona PSP, Radiant Historia, To The Moon, Revolution 60

So nobody is talking about this?  The listing has been taken down now, but it seems unlikely they would have made it in the first place if there wasn't something in the works...

Well...I at least hope I can get it from the Bamco Online store.

It IS really curious (and of course the "Tales of Pessimists" are crying woes and are resolute in disbelieving it till Namdai says so themselves... which is probably the smart thing to do; but I get sick of reading 50 posts in a row about it).  But I have my reservations:

(1) I've heard mixed things for Hearts R (granted, reviews are more positive for Hearts R than Innocence R by a mile)
(2) I don't have a Vita (one day, maybe, maybe just the "right" title will make me jump and spend the money I don't have heh)
(3) Personally speaking, I thought Hearts "did more" for the NDS than it does as a budget remake for the Vita, so I'm kinda sour about the whole thing.  I'd have loved Hearts for the NDS more than I care about a Vita version I guess.

And not to sound like a graphics whore, but I mean, c'mon, are fancy filters that hard to apply to "glossy" over PS2-level graphics?  .

I never really looked at Tales of Hearts, is it generally considered to be good? I mean if it comes out I'll probably pick it up just to pick it up even if it is bad, but I'm curious.

Yes. http://www.rpgfan.com/reviews/Tales_of_Hearts/

I haven't played the "R" version, though.

They removed it from the site again, but that doesn't mean much. It's more significant the game was put on there in the first place. Guess Hideo Baba wasn't lying when he said Namco Bandai would think about the Vita games.

If it's atleast a fairly good game, that'd be great. The Vita needs all the help it can get.

You know, what is wrong with Innocence R, as opposed to the original? The only reason I've really heard is the graphics.

I'm glad this is probably a thing.  A few years ago I downloaded Tales of Hearts and Tales of Innocence onto an R4, using a complete translation patch for ToI and a bare-bones, incomplete one for ToH.  Never got very far in either one.  I have no objections to more RPGs like this getting localized.

Well, since we're talking about things that were taken down, I'm not sure if this was ever mentioned in the thread.  If it was, apologies.

This was leaked by the same people who leaked the original Symphonia CE:

We're, if the leak is correct, getting the Ludger Ichiban Kuji figure this time.
If you're interested, here he is:
